greetings. This was the continuing story of my cross-country trip. Now that it's over, it's just the story of my cross-country trip.


this site uses a lot of tables, and is best viewed through Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. If your browser doesn't support tables this could be quite painful. It may be time to upgrade.

if you are viewing this on AOL 3.0 or later and using their browser, I suggest downloading the special version of Netscape for AOL. (Don't do it for me, do it for yourself.)

hit "CTRL-K" (or hold down the apple key and hit "K" if you're on a mac) and type in "Netscape" in the window that follows. It will take you to window that will allow you to download Netscape for use with your AOL account. Email me if you have any questions.

to get more out of this site you can use the blue navigation bar above. Rules of the Road will explain how this site is set up. The calendar allows you to travel through time (economy class) to see what I was doing on any specific day. The shaking hands lead to an alphabetical list of every link I collect(ed) while on my travels. The trophy will take you to the roadtrip awards page; sites I found helpful in planning this trip. The typewriter will put you in touch with me. And finally, the info logo will give you some information on who I am.
i left my home in Boston on July 12, and arrived back home early in the morning of August 31, just in time to see my Patriots defeat San Diego.

looking back on the journal, there's a lot I would improve, but I'll leave that for the next trip.
